Ok I doubt my Mom would actually know what I was on about but I certainly do! Rasa Malaysia is an amazing food blog and her plethora of aunthentic Malaysian recipes are a lifesaver for many homesick Malaysian expats. And guess what? I just guest blogged on it!

Now I'd be the first to admit that I'm still very much a beginner when it comes to Malaysian cooking so when Bee invited me to guest post a beloved hometown Malaysian recipe on Rasa Malaysia, I admit I was shocked, scared (what to cook?!) but all in all, thrilled.
Seeing as I'm from Kuala Lumpur, there's only one dish to do - KL Hokkien Mee. Think beautiful braised noodles in a thick, dark, pork-alicious sauce and you'll realise why I crave this dish constantly.
