If you go down in the woods today...

...You're sure of a big surprise.
For every peep that ever there was
Will gather there for certain, because
Today's the day the food bloggers have their picnic.

Friends! Spring is upon us and it's time for a good ol' fashioned frolic through a Sydney meadow! But wait! Why have one soirée when you can have two? Feel the blogging love that knows no (interstate) borders because for the first time ever... Sydney and Melbourne will both host a 'Food Bloggers' Mad Hatter Spring Picnic'... simultaneously!

Together with fellow Sydney blogger Billy from
A Table For Two and our fabulous Melbourne friends, Penny from Jeroxie, Michèle from Iron Chef Shellie and Thanh from I Eat Therefore I Am, we would like to invite all you awesome food bloggers for a bit of culinary action and social merriment.

For the Sydney picnic, head over here to register for details (and pop over here for Melbourne). For privacy and safety reasons, the venue and details will be emailed to attendees after registering but don't worry, the events will be centrally located in their respective cities and not somewhere out in the middle of woop-woop.

The theme is Mad Hatter's Tea Party so put on your frolicking best and wear a hat peeps. Whether it's cool, funky, deliciously camp, whimsy, pretty or scandalous, just put something on your head!

Need inspiration? Lets look to the original Mad Hatter...

(Don't worry, he ain't coming).

Any questions or to register, head on over here for details (or here for Melbourne).

So get your name on it, bring on the laughs and hope to see you there!

Cheers!
